Never works...always errors out. Just now it said that this app is not working properly because it has a bug. Update once the developer has a fix.
Such a rip off.. I really liked tanning there. I forgot to go in a freeze my acct. Didn't use it for the winter. Spring rolls around go Sun Tan City to start my tanning as usual.. I owe a ridiculous bills and can't tan until it's paid. Image That!! Can't even use sessions that were purchased for me by a friend as a gift.. What happened to people actually calling, informing them, anything? Especially since I've been tanning there for years every year, I thought I froze my acct Guess Not!!

For such a prominent tanning business this is probably the worst app I've ever used, plain and simple. Favorite Tan Location only shows random locations 100+ miles away when I have 3 in my town. If it even drops on my location because 1/2 the time it just shows a world map. Should consider creating a search function there. Freezes often/restarts. No clear back button to main menu. How has nothing been fixed in the YEARS I have had a membership???

App doesn't work, then directs you to talk to someone at the store but nobody in the store knows how to use the app.
This app never opens. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still never opens.. I can't log in it always just keep thinking.
Terrible. Never works. Can't get it to open. They need to get better it and software developers because the website and app should not have this many problems! Very frustrating when you have expiration dates on packages/promotions but your technology doesn't work. Disappointed.
Won't allow to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and just keeps saying "oops ran into a problem, try again"
